<正>输尿管软镜技术(flexible ureteroscopy,fURS)被誉为结石治疗史上“划时代的进步”,现已成为治疗上尿路结石的主流手段。虽然经皮肾镜碎石术(percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)是治疗较大肾结石(>2cm)的首选方案,但对于<2cm结石的治疗,fURS具有特别的优势,主要体现在侵入性小,较高的术后无石率(stone free rate,SFR)与安全性。本文就输尿管软镜碎石技术的发展历程进行回溯,同时总结输尿管软镜技术的应用现状及对未来发展的展望。
