输尿管支架作为泌尿外科手术中常用的植入性器械工具之一,在国内外普遍应用。它能够扩张输尿管,引流积液和降低术后并发症的发生率,但同时留置在体内的支架可能会导致相关并发症的发生,不仅降低治疗疗效,增加医疗负担,甚至降低患者的生活质量。本文从输尿管支架用途、输尿管支架类型、输尿管支架相关并发症等方面作一综述。
Abstract:As one of the commonly used implantable instruments and tools in urology, ureteral stents are widely used both domestically and internationally. It can dilate ureteral drainage effusion and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, but at the same time, indwelling stents in the body may lead to related complications, which not only reduces the treatment efficacy, increases the medical burden, and even reducing the patient's quality of life.This article intends to review the use of ureteral stents, types of ureteral stents, and complications related to ureteral stents.
