<正>1概述自Millin[1]1945年开创了耻骨后根治性前列腺切除术以来,这种术式一直是泌尿外科最具难度的手术之一。Walsh对前列腺解剖研究的贡献,主要包括对神经血管束以及背血管复合体的认识和处理,在很大程度上降低了手术的难度,但根治性前列腺切除术仍然具有较多的并发症[2]。第一例腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术(laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,LRP)于1992年完成[3]。2000年,Guy Vallancien利用达芬奇机器人系统完成了世界上首例机器人辅助根治性前列腺切除术[4],但昂贵的系统配置及耗材费用限制了其在发展中国家的广泛开展,这使得常规腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术在未来相当长的时间内仍然占主导地位。
