达芬奇手术机器人系统在泌尿外科的临床应用及其评价

<正>达芬奇(da Vinci)手术机器人系统属智能内窥镜微创手术系统,在泌尿外科的应用越来越广泛。我国大陆地区于2006年由中国人民解放军总医院率先引入第一台达芬奇机器人系统并成功开展手术以来,目前已有14家医院装配并开展手术,近年机器人手术量呈直线上升趋势。本文就达芬奇手术机器人系统在泌尿外科领域的发展史、国内外的应用现状、热点及展望进行论述。1手术机器人系统发展历史1985年,最早的手术机器人出现并被用于脑外科手术[1]。1993年,伊索(AESOP)系统是第一个被美国FDA批准的内窥镜机械手[2],这标志机
